Liability for contents

As a service firm, in accordance with § 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act, we are responsible for our own contents on this site in accordance with ordinary laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act, service providers are, however, neither obliged to monitor transmitted or stored external information, nor to investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activities. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under ordinary laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect may be only assumed from the moment we are notified about a concrete infringement. These contents will be immediately removed upon discovery of any corresponding infringements.

Liability for links

Our service offers links to external web pages of third parties, over whose content we have no influence. We are therefore unable to assume liability for these external contents. The relevant supplier or operator of the linked web pages is always responsible for the content of such pages. The linked pages were checked for potential illegal content at the time the link was established. No illegal contents were recognizable at that point of time. We cannot reasonably be expected to exercise permanent control over the content of the linked sites without any specific indications of an infringement. Should such legal violations become known to us we shall remove such contents forthwith.
